GG Amos

Guitarist / Vocalist GG Amos is an artist in the West Coast Blues tradition; having been raised in the California capitol of Sacramento. Now based in San Francisco, she's honed her craft as a songwriter and entertainer utilizing the soul, jazz, funk and latin elements that make west coast blues what it is.

For the past 26 years GG's earned a reputation as a riveting performer with a distinctive, expressive guitar style and an emotionally charged fluid voice...always emphasizing soulful communication with her audience.
In March and April GG toured Poland, playing to packed houses in theaters and clubs all over the country. More European tours are planned.

Her most recent single "West Coast", co-written with longtime musical partner Taki Komori, is a simmering tribute to the late Johnny Heartsman and the west coast blues. It is available on CD Baby, iTunes and other outlets. She is currently in the studio working on her next release of original material.
In 1997, GG released her debut CD "Gotts Ta Go".
